How do WaterSmart Alerts work?
Once a customer enrolls in WaterSmart Alerts, they will receive notifications regarding water quality issues that affect them through their preferred method of communication (email, telephone, or text/SMS message).

How do I sign up for WaterSmart Alerts?
Aqua customers can sign up using the form below!

You will need to provide the following information:

  • Your 16-digit Aqua account number
  • Your zip code
  • Your last name/company name as it appears on your bill

Let us know the best method to notify you by entering any or all of the following:

  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number
  • Text/SMS phone number

If you acknowledge receipt of one method, you will not be contacted by the other methods.

Once you provide your contact information, you are automatically signed up for the program!

Please enter your Aqua account number as it appears on your bill. Enter 16 digits without spaces or dashes. Your account number is displayed at the top of your bill.
